INLAND EMPIRE COMMUNITY FOUNDATION

Founded in 1941, the Inland Empire Community Foundation is the oldest and largest community foundation serving the Inland region. It has deep roots here and is committed to working with all who care passionately about improving our community. The Foundation comes to the table with an in-depth understanding of the IE and our nonprofit sector and extensive experience with our donors that can make a meaningful difference—now and in the future.

The Foundation operates in the largest geographic territory of any community foundation in the nation – more than 27,000 square miles, covering Riverside and San Bernardino Counties.

RIVERSIDE ARTS COUNCIL

The Riverside Arts Council is a private, non-profit  corporation whose mission is “to provide, develop, support and sustain  the arts.” It is a state-local partner of the California Arts Council and a leader among regional and state networks of local art agencies. Established in 1977, it is Riverside County’s central source for arts-related services, information, education, and outreach.  Connecting artists and art organizations within this ever-expanding region, RAC encourages the advancement, participation, and integration of visual, literary, and performing arts into the fabric of its communities. Programs range from networking and regional arts and cultural infrastructure development to neighborhood revitalization,  outreach, and collaborative projects that proactively address community changes.

CALIFORNIA DESERT ARTS COUNCIL

California Desert Arts Council (CDAC) unifies, empowers, and promotes arts and culture in the Coachella Valley region through initiatives in advocacy, business and professional development, cultural tourism and promotion, and education. We believe the arts in all forms and constructs are vital to thriving communities. California Desert Arts Council champions vibrant, diverse, and exceptional arts and culture in the Coachella Valley region.

GARCIA CENTER FOR THE ARTS

Established in 1932, the San Bernardino Valley Concert Association (SBVCA) initially contracted touring music and dance groups to perform, covering major costs while groups took proceeds from ticket sales. Financial difficulties halted this philanthropy by the century's turn. In 2008, a donation from Frank Plash's estate revived the SBVCA, allowing it to sponsor concerts and music programs. In 2013, the SBVCA leased an abandoned adobe building, dedicating it to Ernest and Dorothy Garcia for their arts contributions. Named the Garcia Center for the Arts in 2015, it now serves as a hub for creatives and art organizations, supporting San Bernardino's art renaissance.
