workSPACE was created for the stage of the creative process when artists and collaborative teams need privacy, coordination, and uninterrupted access to space.

Rehearsals expand. Collaborations deepen. Production needs grow. At this point, artists and creative teams often lack affordable access to professional space that allows them to work together without interruption.

workSPACE offers dedicated access to Estudio Aire for artists and creative teams who need exclusive time in the studio to rehearse, build, plan, and produce work with sustained focus.

workSPACE is intentionally priced below typical studio rental costs in the region to keep production space accessible to artists and creative teams.

workSPACE Rental Options

Day Rental —

$150 Thursday–Sunday | 9:00 AM–5:00 PM One 8-hour block per day

Accommodates up to 12 people Full-day exclusive access to Estudio Aire *Each day rental must be reserved and paid for separately

Evening Rental —

$75 Monday–Sunday | 5:30 PM–9:30 PM One 4-hour block per day

Accommodates up to 6 people Exclusive evening access to Estudio Aire *Each evening rental must be reserved and paid for separately

Bookings open five (5) days in advance of the desired date.

  • Couch / sofa sleeper

  • Cleaning supplies

  • Electrical outlets for equipment and device charging

    Please note: Materials stored in closets are reserved exclusively for Artists in Residence and are not available for use.

How to RSVP

To confirm your reservation, please complete the following three steps:

1. Reserve your time. Select either workSPACE Day Rental or workSPACE Evening Rental to view availability and book your date.

2. Submit your payment. Choose the payment option that matches your reservation (Day or Evening).

3. Review and sign the Estudio Aire Use of Space Agreement. This step is required for your reservation to be finalized.

All three steps must be completed in order for your workSPACE reservation to be confirmed.
