The Inland Empire Film Festival is a San Bernardino City program birthed in April 2024, designed to empower local filmmakers to tell their own stories, strengthen the region’s creative economy, and nurture the fabric of our communities. This was a program created by The Garcia Center for the Arts through the Creative Corps grant, and supported by Arts Connection, RAC, and IECF.

What is the Inland Film Festival?
