The Inland Empire Film Festival is a San Bernardino City program birthed in April 2024, designed to empower local filmmakers to tell their own stories, strengthen the region’s creative economy, and nurture the fabric of our communities. This was a program created by The Garcia Center for the Arts through the Creative Corps grant, and supported by Arts Connection, RAC and IECF.

Uplift and Foster Inclusivity and Representation through Film while strengthening community pride and bonds.

Workforce Development by enhancing Local Filmmaker Expertise and providing a professional platform to grow through immersive, hands-on workshops and masterclasses that equip emerging filmmakers with both technical filmmaking skills and essential business acumen, preparing them for success in the industry.
