DTSB Art Walk: Women's History Month
Arts Connection’s first DTSB Art Walk of 2026 will celebrate Women’s History Month, centering women-identifying artists, youth voices, and creative leaders who are shaping the cultural landscape of our region. Taking place throughout the Breezeway and Sole Alley, this quarterly activation transforms Downtown San Bernardino into a vibrant socio-cultural corridor, where public space becomes a platform for art, small business, performance, and collective gathering. Join us for an evening of live painting with artist Morgan Blake Turner; a youth-led Poetry Out Loud Open Mic with Norton Science & Language Academy students; a collage-making art activity inspired by the work of multimedia artist Faith Ringgold and led by Arts Avenue Community Teaching Artist Emily Kopacz; DJ sets; and food vendors. Explore a curated marketplace of local art vendors featuring original artwork, handcrafted goods, prints, and creative products—supporting women artists and small creative businesses who are building the region’s cultural economy. Come together with neighbors and creatives as we honor women’s leadership, vision, and the power of art to build communities of belonging!

The workshop will be facilitated by co-founder of IE Solstice Theatre, Nicole Dumaguindin.
