SB COUNTY INTERNS
The San Bernardino County Creative Economy Workforce Program is a countywide, work-based learning initiative designed to strengthen the region’s creative workforce while supporting the capacity of local organizations, businesses, and public agencies.
Led by Arts Connection – The Arts Council of San Bernardino County, the program places emerging creatives into real-world work environments where they gain hands-on experience, build professional skills, and develop clear pathways into long-term creative careers. At the same time, the program supports host organizations and businesses by connecting them with creative talent that can advance projects, storytelling, design, community engagement, and innovation.
This program is aligned with the regional Creative Economy framework and is intentionally structured to function as a pipeline into apprenticeships, paid creative work, and workforce advancement.
