With a rich and diverse history, San Bernardino has the potential to regain its vibrancy and strength. What began as a personal response to tragedy has evolved into showcasing the city’s landscape in a positive light. The images in this exhibition, and forthcoming book, portray the artist’s view of San Bernardino - confirming that beauty exists here, if you slow down and look for it.

Stop by the Garcia Center for the Arts at 536 W 11th St San Bernardino, CA to view this great new collection of photographs on display until October 31, 2018. Opening reception is this weekend, August 17th at 6pm in the auditorium.
Among the features that promise to attract outsiders to San Bernardino County, as well as keep insiders intrigued, is its growing arts community. For instance, the City of Ontario, which since 2006 has boasted of its airport becoming international, and shown other new signs of becoming a noteworthy destination, is strongly committed to supporting arts projects, practitioners, and the overall artistic milieu.
